Integrations · Stripe & Square

The money goes straight to you.

Square runs your counters. Stripe runs your dues. Both settle directly into your own account, on their standard timing — while Tidemere carries the member codes, the allergy stops, and the receipts. The context, never the money.

The division of labor

Two of the best, each where it belongs.

We did not build a payment processor, and we never will. Clubs run best on the two the whole world already trusts — each one doing the job it was built for.

Square · the counters

Where members stand in line.

Square runs every point of sale in the operation — fast, familiar terminals your staff already know how to use.

The snack bar and every food operation The pro shop and retail Clubhouse counters and event-day stands Card, tap, or a member code charged to the tab
Stripe · the ledger

Where the season's money lives.

Stripe handles everything that arrives by invoice or renews on a schedule, with cards saved securely for the year.

Membership dues and initiation fees Lesson and clinic fees Event deposits and rentals Tab top-ups and autopay, without a card fumbled at a counter
The promise, kept in the plumbing

Directly to you. Always.

Most club software now routes your money through itself — holding it for days and keeping a slice of every transaction. Tidemere is wired the opposite way: both accounts are the club's own, and the club is the merchant of record on every dollar.

$0

Our share of your volume

Tidemere takes no percentage of dues, fees, or counter sales. We charge for the software; the money is not ours to touch.

0

Days added by us

Funds settle on Stripe's and Square's standard payout timing. There is no Tidemere holding account for your money to sit in — none exists.

Yours

The accounts themselves

Both accounts are opened in the club's name and belong to the club. If Tidemere vanished tomorrow, your money and your payment rails would not notice.

One system underneath

We bring the operations together, so the payments work together.

Stripe and Square are excellent, and they have never met. Tidemere is where they meet: the member code is the thread that ties a counter order, a family tab, and the season's dues into one picture.

One code at every terminal

A member gives their code at any Square counter and their allergies, parent-set limits, and tab are already on the screen — before the first item rings up. A flagged order stops until a manager clears it.

Tabs that settle themselves

Lunch at the window lands on the family tab; the top-up runs through Stripe on the saved card. One family, one statement, nothing to chase at the end of the month.

The member barely notices

An order-ready note on their phone, dues that renew without a phone call, a receipt that names the member and not just a card. Payments become part of being known at the club.

Security

The card number never touches Tidemere.

1

Cards live in the vaults built for them

Every card number is captured and stored by Stripe or Square themselves — two of the most scrutinized payment platforms in the world, certified to the banking industry's own standard. Tidemere never sees, stores, or transmits a card number.

2

We connect with a scoped, revocable key

Tidemere walks through the same official doors as our other integrations: a secure key that works only for what the club approves — receipts, the catalog, member matching. Revocable at any moment from the club's own Stripe or Square dashboard, with no call to us required.

3

Every action leaves a record

Refunds, overrides, and report pulls are logged with who did them and when. Your treasurer can see the whole trail, and so can we — which is exactly how both sides want it.

Set up, done for you

You will not be doing any of this yourselves.

1

We connect the accounts

A club already on Stripe or Square connects as it is — nothing migrates, nothing re-enters. A club with neither gets both stood up with us, in the club's name, owned by the club from the first day.

2

We build the wiring

The snack-bar menu, the pro-shop catalog, the dues schedule, lesson fees, tax settings, and member codes at every terminal — configured by us, reviewed with your manager before a single member is charged.

3

We shape the reports

Reconciliation views and the monthly board packet, customized to how your treasurer already reads the numbers — and season summaries for the night the board asks the bigger questions.

What we need from you

About an hour with the club manager and the treasurer Current price lists and the dues schedule, in whatever shape they exist A decision on who may issue refunds and who may clear a flagged order

No Stripe or Square account yet? That is normal for the clubs we serve — standing them up together is part of the standard setup. And a club with no systems anywhere else runs happily on native Tidemere until the day it wants more.

Next step

Watch a season settle into the club's own account.

The conversation starts with how your club takes money today — the counter, the dues letters, the shoebox of checks — and what it would feel like handled.
